Although many would not even consider stepping a foot onto a cemetery, this cemetery is actually quite interesting. It is considered a landmark and includes unique headstones filled with witty sailor comments and charm. If this is not your taste for entertainment, the city offers plenty of festivals, art, and theater for all ages.

In Key West there are 53 properties where the environmentally friendliness is unknown and they have not yet verified their sustainability efforts with iStayGreen.org. In the state of Florida there is a total of 3203 lodging properties listed in the iStayGreen.org directory of which 321 are represented as eco-friendly. Currently there are 98 lodging properties that have earned the Green Eco-Leaf Rating.
