    Stay environmentally friendly at Hyatt Regency Washington! Hyatt Regency Washington is one of only two Green Seal certified hotels in Washington, DC. In addition, Hyatt Regency Washington offers paperless check-in, pre-set thermostats in guestrooms, guest floor consolodation, meeting space closures and escalator shut-down during low occupancy times to conserve energy. Batteries, computers, light ballasts, and compact flourescent light bulbs are recycled. Cardboard is bailed and wood shipping pallets are also recycled. Kitchen oils are also recycled as well as kitchen boilers and burners are energy efficient.
