They have been honored to be recognized as an environmental leader by receiving the coveted One Palm from the Florida Green Lodging Association. This property encourages and supports a dedicated Green Team in all of their continuing efforts. All new hires are trained in Loews Green Standards as well as property specific environmental initiatives. In addition, green education is constantly displayed in close circuit televisions and dedicated staff areas. Employees and guests are encouraged to utilize our suggestion boxes and our environmentally friendly customer service surveys (sent and recieved by email) to share their ideas for bettering the property. |
