Have full Building Automation System allowing us to schedule run times of all HVAC systems based on occupancy. Have exterior lighting control system throughout the 220 acres that uses an astronomical time clock. It adds/subtracts minutes every day on it's own. Have lighting control systems in Ballrooms/Restaurants and some public areas that dim lights to lower levels after dark. New pool facility built with Sola-Tube lighting, Passive Solar domestic hot water heaters, and in-deck radiant system to heat swimming pool. Older pool also built with in-deck radiant heating system to heat pool. All chilled water pumps and heating hot water pumps have Variable Speed Drives that work off pressure differential. All 5-ton and larger air handlers are equipt with Variable Speed Drives and outside air economizers as well. Chilled water system shuts down campus wide when outside air temperature drops below 55 degrees Heating hot water system shuts down campus wide when outside air temperature rises above 63 degrees.
