    Energy efficient wall Thermostat. Thermostats are set to a default low and high. When the room is occupied, the guest can control the settings on the thermostate.When the guest leaves the room, the thermostat automatically goes back to the default setting. The default settings are programmed at comfortable energy efficient settings.

    Light and motion sensors in the guest room sleeping and bathroom areas. The lights will automatically turn off if no motion is detected within a 5 minute period. The guest can also override the sensors by useing the switches on the lights.
