Jim Johnson - 8056468175 Mailing Address: 1302 East Ojai Avenue Ojai, CA US 93023 We are currently in the process of removing all styrofoam products from the property and replacing with paper biodigradable products or reusable products. Estimated date of completion - Aug, 2009. We have now completed the installation of our dipensers for all the guest Vanities and Shower areas. This will allow us to go to a bulk system for all of our lotion, shampoo, and soap . Estimated date of completion - April 1, 2009. Completed We are also adding recycle containers in all the rooms and in the public areas. Estimated date of completion - July 1, 2009. Completed We have also completed the final conversion to non phosphate enzyme cleaning for our laundry facility and have began the Lotus Ozone cleaning with water. This process ozones regular tap water for the purpose of disifecting and cleaning rooms on a daily basis. This process has the lowest MSDS rating there is because it only uses water. We have also completed the switch over to salt water in our pool and spa. This is a salt water clorine generator. It alows us to maintain our pools without the use of any harsh chemicals. It also creates a refreshing experience while swiming in soft water. We are still working on the process of becomming a Nationaly recongnized Certified Green Hotel. In the meantime we have teamed up with Green Suites International and have a four leaf rating with Green Suites. |
