It has reduced our fossil fuel usage in the hotel by 50%. We have changed our swimming pool to a salt water chlorination which has reduced our pool chemicals by 95%. With our bulk quality bath product program, recycling of room waste, local and biogradible purchase programs, we are doing our part to reduce our foot print on the enviroment. Our revised waste program in 2006 has reduced our output to the city dump by 42%. Our E commerce has reduced our internal paper by 38% and we have options for our guests to have their invoices emailed rather than faxed or printed to assist in reducing our paper usage. |
