We are completely renovating the property. This will include new and more efficient HVAC units, energy efficient lighting, new energy efficient windows which will bring in more natural lighting to rooms. We have recently installed a new dryer in laundry room which is more efficient in operation. The housekeeping staff are now told not to change sheets and towels everyday for stayover rooms which they were doing in the past.
