As actions are completed the charter is growing. The charter is reviewed and updated yearly by all Accor hotels. We have installed a building wide energy management system controlling HVAC for the property. Our guestrooms have smart stats. We are the first hotel to be on recycled water for irrigation - we received a national award and state award with Redwood City which headed up the reclaimed water project. We have budgeted to install recycled water to our cooling towers and public bathrooms in 2009. Our three story parking structure was recently converted to energy efficient lighting. We are the test hotel for Green Shield, plant one million trees from the savings in laundry. |
