In addition to the istaygreen.org audit items, our restaurant purchases local product and uses only hormone-free proteins. Our laundry uses low phosphate detergents with a cold water wash, reducing consumption on gas energy. We have partnered with two local organizations to accept guestroom amenities and furniture and soft good donations. |
