    Knowing how important the envirmonment is to our guests and staff we are in the process of becoming even 'greener'! We currently recycle our bottles, office paper, cardboard and used cooking oil, as electronics and items such as old uniforms or bedspreads and sheets. Since December our front office alone has recycled over 30 boxes of paper. Soon I will be updating the site with a list of our new inniatives and confirmation on what we have in place.
