As we renovate, we are conscious to select natural fabrics, counters (granite) and energy conserving lighting. Our restaurants are served bya common kitchen that pays special attention to local produce in season and green products for cleaning purposes. Our carpets are cleaned with a enviornmentally friendly corn husk product as our entire housekeeping cleaners are as enviornmentally friendly as possible. It really doesn't cost much more to save the enviornment, we just need to pay attention. No more disposable plastic ketchup bottles in our restaurants, we use glass. |
