    Being a 4 unit Inn, I can do small things that larger hotels cannot do. The units are all non-smoking. I have always had recycle containers in all the rooms. I'm not shy about turning down the heat or the A/C units when the guests are out for the day. I don't buy in bulk, I pick out all the towels and linens and make sure of 100% cotton. I do not have a staff, I do it all myself or summer help of another. Some of your requirements do not fit my situation.
