We began on this path out of concern for the health and safety of our cleaning staff and our guests. As we can, we are switching out old fixtures, linens, products and amenities. We also use the freshest food possible, avoiding highly processed foods and opting for local vendors and organic choices whenever possible. All our baked goods are made from scratch. This winter we installed a wood stove with a high efficiency rating to reduce our dependence on fossil fuel. |
