We have low energy light bulbs and low flow toilets in every room, we recycle all paper and card board. we do not have airconditioning in the rooms, instead we offer windows that open. the Food and Beverage department is working very hard with our suppliers to ensure that we can cut the carbon footprint on supplies delievered to the Sylvia Hotel
