Environmentally friendly measures that are reviewed include energy efficiency, water conservation, recycling, enviromentally safe cleaning, reduction of waste, ongoing maintenance, purchasing habits, plus many other factors. -Rainwater collection system for landscape irrigation to reduce water usage
-Use of building materials and products in construction of the hotel that incorporate recycled content materials, thereby reducing the environmental impact resulting from extraction and processing of virgin materials
-Air condition and ventilation systems designed to enhance indoor air quality and provide a comfortable thermal environment
-Building designed to maximize the exposure to day lighting and natural views
