We do not allow scented products as most are synthetic. We cater to people with allergys and chemical sensitivities. No pesticides are used. No pets are allowed. We do not have carpeting only ceramic tile or terazo. All our funishings are solid wood or metal and glass. Couches are natural organic cotton and wool futons. No particle board is used in our kitchen cabinets or furniture. Most of the property is zero scaped so there is little need for watering. All the water coming into the building is filtered to eliminate clorine even from the toilets. Austin air filters clean the air of dust, mold spores, and pollen, as well as any pollutants that may come in from the outside air such as Downey, exhaust fumes and smoke.
