We are completely remodeling another run down, historic, Main Street building in Lake Placid into an "eco-chic", modern, water front, vacation rental with 9 apartments, 4 shops and a restaurant. Renovation of the building includes recycled and fair trade materials, decor and reconditioned equipment wherever possible. All construction/demolition debris is sorted twice for recycling. Any salvageable Architectural details (such as windows and doors) are restored with lots of love and elbow grease! Unique elements are carefully removed and donated to renovation projects in the area.
