Latisha Steadman - 509-427-7777 Mailing Address: 1261 Wind River Road Carson, WA US 98610 All utensils, and disposable cups and dishes have been replaced with re-usable items. For ex. all the paper coffee cups were replaced with reusable to go mugs for guest use, All plastic cups and plastic water bottles were replaced with reusable water bottles with a water decanter available for guest use so they can refill their bottles. All plastic water bottles in the guest rooms have been replaced with glass refillable water bottles. Guests are made aware of our environmental program and are asked to turn off the heat, air conditioning, lights and gas fireplaces when they leave their rooms. All guest rooms have a write up of the importance of environmental conservation and what they can do to help. All landscaping is no or low watering landscaping. Lawn areas are being replaced with bark mulch and shrubs. All cabins have blue bins for guests to place their recycling in. The blue bins are then sorted out into recyclable categories at the properties recycle station and then taken to the recycle depot. All garden waste is composted. |
