This is clean Comfort Inn that was very willing to make necessary room changes to accommodate walking problems.

Upon arrival phone, clock, and bedside lamp was not plugged in. Internet kept disconnecting. Breakfast area was not clean. Puddles of water from room air conditoners on walkways posed a serious safety issue. Upon depature the desk clerk could not communicate effectively nor explain some of the charges on our bill. Asked for supervisor who was busy with a baby in a carriage behind front desk of hotel lobby.

Very nice older hotel located away from the tourist area. Reasonably priced Room was big and nicely furnished. Large heated (& yes it was) pool with available towels so you won?t have to bring your own. Computer with Internet access is located in lobby available for guest usage (when it?s not being hogged by some kid). Continental breakfast had the standard items (coffee, juice, milk, cereal, bread, pastries, hard boiled eggs, etc) and you can make your own waffles. Phone did not work; this is something to check on before you get settled in your room.

This is an older hotel. They do a lot of maitenance, but it is starting to need an upgrade. Our room was ok. If you can get a good price (Key West is expensive) this is a good choice.

This is an older hotel. It has been pretty well maintained, but it is showing its age. I got a good price and Key West is very expensive. I would return for the same price. This hotel is located out on the strip.

The hotel was the worst I have ever stayed at! We tried to relocate but they would not give our money back! Old & gross! Vomit in the hall!

Room has a bad smell. Coffee, soap and shampoo were not replenished every day. Bed sheets never change din 9 days. I called to remind them that coffee was missing and nothing happened. I had to search for the cleaning team myself and ask for coffee. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
