This property was not what I expected. This was more like a motel. Rooms not up to Radisson standards, elevators were very dirty, roaches in the rooms and roosters around the
pool. I cut short my stay at the Radisson. Would not recommend unless property improved!!!! Stay away!!

The bar and the lobby were great looking-then we got to our room. It stunk, was moldy, minimally clean. Would not stay here again. we heard it is being demolished soon-needs to be done.

THIS HOTEL IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FROM RADISSON. I DIDNT KNOW THAT THEY HAD EXTERIOR HALLWAYS. MY ROOM WAS CLEAN HOWEVER THE BATHROOM WAS NOT VERY INVITING. THERE WAS PAINT PEELING OFF THE WALL AND MOLD ON THE TILE. I COULDNT GET MY KEY CARD TO OPEN THE DOOR AND HAD TO GO TO THE FRONT DESK TWICE TO CORRECT. APPARANTLY THE CLEANING STAFF COULDNT GET IT TO WORK EITHER AS THEY LEFT MY NEW TOWELS HANGING IN A BAG ON THE DOOR.

1st room was a disaster and we were upgraded to the top floor w/o extra fees. View of Gulf & Atlantic. Service was super & away from Duval St so you had quiet time when you wanted it. Wonderful pool area. Housekeeping only speaks Spanish so if you need anything from them - be prepared to know a few words. Discount coupons available for most attactions so visit the folks in the lobby.

I thought it was funny that the toilet seat had to be up if you wanted to close the bathroom door. It was nice to have Denny's down stairs. But I think it is overpriced. The number bed is not comfortable.Great view of the water. Far from everything else.

I would have rated this hotel a 4 or a 5 had it not been for the Roach problem in the bathroom.I was woken up one night to hear my wife screaming in the bathroom and found a 2 inch long cockroach in the tub! I thought it was a fluke, but the next night when I turned on the bathroom light I saw 3 or 4 more scatter. Get an exterminator and this will be a great hotel!!!!

Room was clean, linens crisp and soft. Without transporation, unable to walk to Duvall street where the action takes place. Room was very crowded with furniture. Beds are super twin! A bit small for two adults.

It is really too bad that the disgusting condition of the carpets allowed what would have otherwise been a fabulous 5 rating fall all the way to a 3. The staff is excellent! The location was ok. The price was right. The carpets, however, were so dirty our feet turned BLACK within 5 minutes.
