Not enough hot water. Walls so thin we could clearly hear the TV in the next room. Our TV had a poor picture quality. A few ants around the sink. We reserved a king size bed, but got 2 doubles, perhaps because the hotel was booked solid. If we were paying $60 a night, I wouldn't mind so much, but at $*, a very poor value. It's the worst Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in.

After reading unfavorable reviews, I tried to cancel. But we stayed there and actually thought it was nice. The staff, which we heard was rude, was actually very polite and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and had a wonderful fragrance. Complaint? the distance to main town, (though not that far) and location is busy junction for entering and leaving the island.They've made lots of improvements and it's paying off. There were heavy rains while there, so had standing water on the parking lots, but Key West has serious drainage issues. Overall, quite pleased, satisfied
