I loved Key West, but next time I fly there I won't rent a car. Parking at the hotel was expensive, and the few places I wanted to go beyond reasonable walking distance would have been accessable by city bus.

The hotel is centered close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. Key West is a wonderful vacation spot and the hotel only added to the overall enjoyment of our vacation!

La Concha is a beautiful hotel, however the rooms were very small and the walls were very thin. Snooring neighbors will wake you. The pool and bar was absolutely beautiful! We didn't make it to the top for the sunset, watch it from Mallary Square or a Sunset Boat ride

I would recommend La Concha to anyone headed to Key West. You cannot beat the Duval Street location. The rooms and public areas are nicely furnished and clean. The hotel is remarkably quiet and well-insulated.

The hotel felt like an upscale hotel from the past. Everyone was there to help you with any question. The rooms are small but not too small... actually they were just right. The beds were very comfortable. The TV was a on the small size. You step outside right into downtown Keywest on Duval. Everything you need is close by (durg store, pizza, package liqour store).

We were upgraded to Jr. suite and the staff was excellent. The room was beautiful and very clean. The bathtub was extra long and accomodated my very beautiful wife's long sexy body perfectly. The bed was wonderful. Did not want to get out of it every day. The linens were soft and of the finest quality. We will come back again, and again.

Staffsneeds a crash course on customer service, Rooms are very small with no windows that even opens so you can't get any fresh air, carpet is gross! If you want tropical air and the feeling of the keys, stay any place but here

First time to Key West and it was the perfect place to stay. Beautiful and convenient. X the concierge was FABULOUS - she really took care of us and made some great recommendations. Could not have been happier with our hotel.

Our stay at the La Concha was awesome. Had TV troubles and before I could get back to my room someone was there to take care of it. Beds are super comfortable and it is a very nice updated older hotel. Highest building in Key West with great view of sunsets from the roof top. I would highly recommend the La Concha to anyone staying in Key West.

Very nice updated room. In the center of all activity on Duval street. Very comfortable beds. Had trouble with TV and had response before I got up to my room. Will stay again. Hotel has great lobby and is tallest building in Key West.
Very helpful staff. I am very hard to please.

Front desk check in very slow and untrustworthy. I arrived abouit 12:45 PM and was told room would not be ready until 4 PM I had not been forewarned of this and I did not get into room until after 5:30 PM as there were multiple comments made that it will be ready in 15 minutes more which started at about 4PM and continued until about 5:30 PM. very nice Otherwise as a repeat customer I am very pleased with the rest of the hotel and the accommodations

I was upgraded to a balcony room at the hotel , I felt this room was very small. The hotel exterior was undergoing renovation so there was jackhammering for hours while I layed out at the pool and the concrete dust filled into the bottom of the pool making it feel sandy. Street noise from the balcony location was loud also the balcony was not private. I found trash that layed for 2 days on the balcony, , empty food containers were left at my balcony siting area, and I had another guest pounding on my french doors one night who was at the wrong balcony door. .

This hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to all major resturants, bars and sunset celebration. Older hotel, recently remodeled. Beautiful room, great service, friendly staff. Only problem was it had the noisiest plumbing I've ever heard. Very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

We were pleased with the location on duval street. The hotel is nice but older. The only thing bad to say is the plug in outlets in the room were so old they would not stay connected. Other than that is was worth what we payed.
