Overwhelmed and curt front desk help, dirty rugs throughout, keys did not work in either room door or wing door (had to wait for someone to let us in at 11:30pm while juggling 3 suitcases and a tired child because cluless front desk kid sent us the long way to room. Room was cramped, less than clean and bathroom was frightening, window stuck in open position (bugs flying in/out all night), high speed internet could only be accessed via scary bathroom that was the size of a closet, no elevators.

I don't know what everyone else is talking about here, but there were absolutely no redeeming qualities to be found. The night staff was totally rude and not helpful. The wifi didn't work. The carpets were filthy. The wallpaper was peeling. The rooms were cramped. The bathroom was moldy. etc. etc.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The front desk staff (Steve, Quinn, Amy...) is GREAT! They gave an out-of-towner great ideas for things to do each evening. I never got bored & I always had somewhere to go/something to do after all day seminars. I will absolutely stay here again next time I come though Pittsburgh.

As a Travel Agent it is important to recommend a great hotel to your client. I found in the Comfort Inn a safe environment, entertainment, good food, friendly staff and the perfect locations. The rooms were perfect for a business executive. Couples or a family. The pool area was safe well maintain. The food was delicious and the service from the staff was impeccable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for more than their monies worth.

East suburbs, best location with less traffic. Do not recommend this hotel for the handicapped-no elevator-no rooms on check-in floor, all steps-. Noisy with kids slamming doors and running the halls. Whirlpool was not hot or needed fixed all days but one. Did not bring a pet, but would not recommend it. Breakfast buffet nice touch; staff friendly.
