Room not ready for check-in at 2:30 p.m., but made up for it by assigning suite upon return at 6 p.m. Breakfast pretty standard for hotel type. Walking distance to Space Needle and Monorail

The bed had decent bedding, not a yukky nylon comforter. Space Needle was within walking distance. I could hear every neighbors every move and action. I would pack ear plugs for an assured good night's sleep.

Very clean hotel. Front desk staff was friendly, but overworked. The same is true for the shuttle drivers. Some confusion with shuttle pick up, but overall a good experience. They worked diligently to accomodate us.

An average breakfast buffet with waffles, boiled eggs, cereals, etc. Housecleaning could use some work..I found a used piece of gum in wrapper on the floor and someone had written on the mirror in soap in the bathroom. Free parking is a plus and walking distance to the Space Needle.

We were in Seattle for a baseball game and enjoyed the location to the city center and sites as well as the comfortable room and fantastic breakfast buffet they served. Reasonable rates, friendly staff and very clean.

Requested a wake up call at 6:15 to catch a 8:00 am harbour flight. No wake up call. Missed flight, no apology. Requested shuttle to alternate airport, told it was full. Left to pay 50.00 cab fare, lost 150.00 flight and no apology given...

This is not a fancy motel, but it was very clean and very comfortable. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.Could use improving - parking

the overall stay was good, BUT on the first and last nights of my stay there were two incident that required me to call the desk for assistance and the response time was very slow, each time i had to call again(the first incident required security to come to the room...very late)

clean hotel with polite staff. basic king room very small. need basic repair work:cracks in floor tiles, bad patch jobs on holes in walls and door. no exhaust fan in bathroom. has underground parking garage a big plus in seattle where parking is hard to find.but garage to low for high profile trucks and suvs. free breakfast but not many choices. good hotel if your not going to spend much time in the room anyways.
