The beds were VERY comfortable and the room was attractive. Smoke detector set so sensitive that I set it off with a hot shower. Breakfast did not even meet my low expectations for a continental breakfast; I figured on cheapie pastries (danish, for instance), but they had awful donuts. Tiny cups for coffee and no lids to take it away easily. There was cereal and fruit, but did not have those. All room windows dripping in condensation all day; serious moisture problem could lead to problems. Staff very kind.
Pros:
bed
Cons:
room environment

Overall, our experence with the hotel was pleasant. My only complaint is bath & hand towels needs to be replace because they're old & frayed. The hotel location was very close to Disneyland where we just walk across the street to the front entrance of the theme park. Very convenient if you are going to Disneyland. Continental breakfast consist of bread, pastry, boil eggs, fruits, juice & coffee which starts from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. This is a good budget hotel for small familes. I would stay there again if we're are going to Disneyland.

The room was small but it was clean. All we needed was a place to sleep after a long day at Disney and that is what we got. The price was great and we have no complaints. It would be nice if they had free internet service for those of us not traveling with a laptop.

This hotel is a great choice for the price and the location could not be more convenient. With the newly renovated rooms, it looks different from previous years, with a clean and classy appearance. The bed was so comfortable and the furnishings were of good quality. The only part that could be improved is the continental breakfast. We were slightly disappointed with the limited breakfast items, and there is also not enough room for everyone to sit and eat in the breakfast room. Overall, a great place to stay and we would definitely stay there again.
Pros:
Located directly across the entrance to Disneyland

This hotel was so close, it was awesome. It was, however, tiny, old, had unlevel floors and gaps above and below the door. The staff were fine, the parking stunk. It was clean enough. If all you are doing is sleeping there, you will survive, but if you plan to hang out in the room much, be prepared for cramped quarters!

Carousel is a good place to stay. It is an EASY walk to Disney. Closer than Paradise pier etc. Bright and clean. Beds were comfy compared to the other hotel we stayed at during our trip. Fridge AND Microwave. They let us park the car early and leave it (3pm) after we checked out. Bfast had REAL juices, not just flavored water. True, no milk/cereal, but go buy some and put it in the fridge. I would stay again.

The poximity to all disney attractions cannot be beat for this price. Rooms clean, but old. TV did not work properly and service never got to it. Overall recommend only for those wanting to have the disney experience on a budget (probably 99% of us!).

This was a bad review because the hotel did not look like the picture in the ad. Also the hotel was under construction at the time, that was not told to me or on the ad at the time of reservation. It would be nice to have some sort of compensation for this bad vacation. Because everything else can be great but if you have a bad hotel it drags the vacation down.
