The building is very nice but the service is awful. The first night I checked in at 3am and they couldn't find the travelocity reservation --turns out they had upgraded their system and simply lost it. Took a long time to straighten out! The second night I came back to no maid service--nobody knows why and nobody cares! Not even an apology!

Large clean room, convenient location, comfortable bed, frig and micro, friendly accomodating staff. Though near airport, rooms are quiet. This was our second pre-flight stay and we'll be back.Could use improving - nothing

excellent service, exceptionally clean, great view of airport, have a discount for alaska residents, minites walk from seatac, great shuttle, nice bar across the parking lot for a late beer.
