The biggest complaint I have is that they choose not to help provide transportation to D/land. We asked if they sold the shuttle tickets, and they told us "No, but we could pay the shuttle driver or purchase them at Best Western ". When we went to Best Western, they told us they could not sell us the shuttle tickets because they needed a room from their hotel.It turned out each hotel copays the transit for picking guests up and Alamo ISN'T in the program. So, we had to drag our grandson a good mile and half each way. They need to get with the program or advertise accordingly.

My stay at the Alamo was a nice surprise. Several reviews of the hotel noted that is was not a good place. My experience was the opposite. Service was very good, room was fine. Refrig and microwave were a nice surprice. Great walking distance to Downtown Disney. I would recommend this place

Good service, next to Denny's, equip with microwave, refrigirator, good plumbing, very clean bathroom. The cost of the hotel is very cheap, that is why I got 2 rooms. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

roaches everywhere, not liveable for anyone. Please consider another hotel for your stay. not close to disneyland. Even after the clerk offered us another room, we had to leave the lights on all night so the roaches would not come out. I had to leave my luggage in the car so I would not take home the roaches and the ants;

THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! EVER!! It cost $* to stay one night in and the room was incredibly TINY not to mention the BATHROOM had a window to the outside THAT DIDNT HAVE A GLASS OR A SCREEN!!!!! Just blinds!!! THE BEDS WERE HARD AS A ROCK! worst nights sleep EVER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! there are $60 hotels NICER and MORE COMFORTABLE THAN THIS!!!!!

The room was large, bathroom clean, but the beds were in severe need of updating. Housekeeping should be more aware of object lying on the floor when sweeping carpets.

We booked our room from travelocity.com. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly staff who helped us with our room and finding out way around town. The room itself was nice and clean. Nothing fancy, but we got what we paid for. It was a good place to relax. Walking distance from Disneyland and restaurants down the street.

It was so horrible, it even made me want to grab a bucket to start cleaning all night, just so I could get a decent nights' sleep. Plus there was a party going on next door, it sounded like a bowling alley was put up next door with the Beer Barrell Polka blaring into the frosty night. The staff was eager to see us go, they even gave us FREE Coupons for Clorox Bleach and Febreeze for us to put up with the horrid experience

Not horrible, but seen better days. Walking distance to DL. Hot water dissappears in morning. Rooms shabby but still comfy. Had microwave and fridge. Power went out on block, was one of two places that didn't have backup.

Booked for 3 nights and checked out right after arrival. Total disgrace. Broken window, broken security lock, roaches in bed, carpet damp and moldy, fixtures in room moldy, mold so thick that it hurt my eyes. Totally un-inhabitable. Do not stay here.

It was cheap and within walking distance, although its one block from the BACK of disneyland so its not a short walk to get in. Also, the beds were rock hard and our toilet made funny noises all night long.
